About the role We are seeking an experienced Product Architect to lead the architectural evolution of our core trading ecosystem. You will drive key architecture decisions across trading platforms, CRM, risk management, and reporting systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead architecture design and technical reviews for core trading and enterprise platforms. Drive technical evaluation and decision-making for major initiatives (architecture upgrades, integrations, modernization). Define and enforce architecture standards across APIs, services, and data models. Identify and address architectural bottlenecks and technical debt. Ensure high performance, reliability, and compliance in real-time trading environments. Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate business goals into robust technical direction. Requirements 8 years in software engineering or system architecture, with architectural leadership experience. Strong expertise in distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture, and API design. Experience in high-performance, real-time systems (FinTech/trading preferred). Solid understanding of backend technologies and database architectures (OLTP/OLAP). Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka). Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
